Honestly, I feel credit and personal finance should be taught in high school. Before we graduate, we should understand the basic concepts that will truly impact our lives. Finances and credit determine where we live, what we drive, insurance rates and even employment opportunities. By the time I was 22, I had student loans, late payments, collections, charge-offs, judgment from eviction, repossession and even a bankruptcy! I was a hot mess!
