This App is specifically for Service Workshops communicating with Camplify.

NZRA will organise the front end of any breakdown or vehicle technical issue to the point where the vehicle is towed into a workshop or driven in by a Hirer. They then pass on the Owner details and for them that ends their responsibility.

We assist where there is assistance needed to co-ordinate with the Hirer or Owner in facilitating the repair of the vehicle or if not repairable then the repatriation of the vehicle to the Owner location.

Please note we also point you to our own company website at times, namely Rvonroad for certain information.

The Owner is responsible for payment of your invoice prior to the vehicle leaving toe workshop premises, unless it was a Hirer caused issue in which case they will need to settle the account.
