Welcome to my specific Business Card for NZRA communication purposes.

This is intended to provide clarity to NZRA for the correct numbers to call for breakdowns, technical assistance from a Camplify perspective.

Please note that mostly Technical Assistance issues requiring Camplify input will circle back to me, so to save going through the Camplify Call Centre and waiting during peak season, it is best to come direct via any of the below communication methods.

That being said, if I am also busy on the phone you can use one of the many communication methods below to drop me a note and I will call the relevant staff member back (or talk to one of the other NZRA Team) immediately when free.

This just saves any frustration with any waiting for all parties concerned.

It also importantly stops too many people getting involved in a case if going through the Call Centre and this can just cause confusion amongst Hirers, Owners and Service Workshops and simply takes longer to sort out the issue. The less people involved, usually the better a prompt and effective solution can be achieved with the issue in hand.

I keep a close eye on NZRA reports coming through and where it appears something which is not simple then I may be pro-active in contacting the NZRA call centre to assist as necessary from a Camplify perspective.

Due to my 10+ years in RV maintenance and my own trouble-shooting RV business, I also personally have a range of easily-shareable helpful App information covering all RV issues, which I can share with Hirers and Owners as necessary.
