Thanks for taking interest in our Airbnb I think you’ll find it very comfortable .   If by chance there is anything you need during your stay please don’t hesitate to ask it is our  goal to give you the best experience possible.
   I have included a short video to show you some of the fun and exciting things to do in Rhode Island.  Should you have specific questions please ask we love to assist new visitors to RI.
   Should you need transportation from TF Green Airport or the Providence train or bus station we will be more than happy to pick you up for a small fee.(rides must be coordinated prior to arrival.)
All homes are self check in and all codes will be issued the day of check in between 2pm and 3 pm unless otherwise arranged in advance.



We highly recommend  trip insurance For very low cost you can protect your vacation.

Ring cameras.: the home is equipped with two ring cameras one at the front door. And one on the left side of the house. They are there for insurance and security purposes. Tempering with the cameras is a breach of contract. Should you want to view the coverage screenshots will be given to you at your request

  Propane We own the propane tanks so in the event that you should run out , take it to Ace Hardware right up the street.  Have it filled and we will reimburse you.    Do not trade tanks in They have to be refilled.

Trash day is Friday

There are two kayaks there for your use. It is up to you whether you want to use them or not.  Should you decide to use them you assume all risk associated with the activity of kayaking. There are life jackets there for your use as well. Please take all precautions while using them. We also recommend you don't go out past the cove however if you do so you do so at your own risk.

There are also Bicycles along with helmets, There should be locks on the bicycles at all times when not being used even in the shed
Please return bicycles and kayaks to their original location when not in use.

Now a few house keeping rules there are NO PARTIES ALLOWED at the house and it  is to be occupied by the number of people on the rental agreement should that number change you must get permission.
Please let us know how many cars There will be at the house. Unauthorized cars will be towed.

There is also NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. As this is posted In the listing, there are signs in the house and I am informing you about it here. We will Consider you informed.
Extra cleaning fee for smoking $75  Plus any damages.
Lastly  PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL of our neighbors.
We want you to have a great time while you're here all we ask is you treat the home

We Supply  towels, Bed linen, Blankets, Cooking utensils, pots, pans, cook wear, 2 rolls of paper towels 4 rolls of TP, a few coffee pods and some tea bags to get you started.
