Our sheep are raised hormone, antibiotic and vaccine-free. They are naturally bred with no artificial insemination. Our sheep are grass-fed by rotational grazing on native pastures that are pesticide and herbicide-free. During periods where fresh pasture grass is not available, they are fed baled hay. In breeding season, we supplement the ewes with grain to give them an extra boost for maximum health of their growing lambs.

The Flavour

We offer lean cuts of delicately flavoured lamb and fuller flavoured cuts of mature sheep meat. We have been told by our customers that our lamb meat is delicious! Those that have tried our more mature meat have been very pleasantly surprised by its tastiness without the "muttony" flavour. Our customers say they would recommend it to anyone.
