Thanks for taking interest in our Airbnb I think you’ll find it very comfortable . If by chance there is anything you need during your stay please don’t hesitate to ask it is our goal to give you the best experience possible.
I have included a short video to show you some of the fun and exciting things to do in Rhode Island. Should you have specific questions please ask we love to assist new visitors to RI.
Should you need transportation from TF Green Airport or the Providence train or bus station we will be more than happy to pick you up for a small fee.(rides must be coordinated prior to arrival.)

Things we provide;
The home is equipped with towels, linens, Pots, pans, plates, basically anything you'll need for cooking. There is an iron and ironing board, blow dryer. There will be a couple of rolls of paper towel and a few rolls of toilet paper to get you started. We normally leave a couple of bottles of water in the fridge In the few kurig cups. If there is anything you think you may need please feel free to reach me on the platform or text me at this number.

All homes are self check in and all codes will be issued the day of check in between 2pm and 3 pm unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Trash day is Tuesday

A few house keeping rules there are NO PARTIES ALLOWED the housei it is to be occupied by the number of people on the rental agreement should that number change you must get permission. My business partner has lived in that house for 20years and all the neighbors have our number should a party occur i will be notified.

Please let us know how many cars There will be at the house. Unauthorized cars will be towed.

There is also NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. As this is posted In the listing, there are signs in the house and I am informing you about it here. We will Consider you informed.
Extra cleaning fee for smoking $75 Plus any damages.
Lastly PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL of our neighbors.
We want you to have a great time while you're here all we ask is you treat it like the house belongs to you.
